Why is it so hard to get people to leave a review without Kudos?

The first problem most business have is they don't ask. There
really needs to be a personal ask. If you are constantly spamming customers email to leave a review, they won't do it, even if they may have that intention. Another problem might be that the process of leaving customer reviews is too much work and takes too much time. If there are too many steps to fulfill, many clients will just give up.

How do I use the Kudos card/bracelet?

Kudos products contain a one way chip that sends a push notification to any smartphone that is touched to the card/bracelet. The link that is opened up goes straight to your Google, Yelp, or TripAdvisor review page. In less that 30 seconds a customer can leave you a 5 star review.

Do Kudos products work on all phones?

If you have a newer smartphone, the answer is YES. Smartphones more than 5 years old may not be compatible.

How many reviews can I get with my card/ bracelet?

All Kudos cards/bracelets can provide infinite reviews. There is no limit so ask all your happy customers for reviews.

Do my customers need a Gmail account to leave a Google review?

They aren't required to have a Gmail account to leave a review but the customer will need a Google account to leave a Google review.
